It’s funny the way that life turns out sometimes.
I am really proud to announce that, having graduated from Surrey with a degree in Chemistry with Forensics, Eloise has joined the Pelican team and begun the exam path towards being qualified to be a regulated financial planner.
With her first exam coming up in a few weeks, possibly it is a little early to use the term “fledgling”. However, since the alternatives seemed to be “chick” (too many other connotations), “nestling” (possible) or “toddler” (based on their waddle) we’ve jumped ahead of ourselves a little and gone for fledgling.
We have every confidence in Eloise’s ability to pass the exams and get up to speed with the basics of proper, fee-based, financial planning, the question is whether we can offer the challenge and excitement that a career as a police detective can; we shall have to see
